Abstrakt

W erze ponowoczesności jednostki stają wobec nowych wyzwań związanych z kierowaniem własną karierą i życiem, wynikających ze złożoności współczesnego świata pracy. W tym artykule zostanie omówione znaczenie zasobów jednostki znane w psychologii pozytywnej, oraz nowa koncepcja nazwana Pozytywne Całożyciowe Kierowanie Sobą i Relacjami (Positive Lifelong Self and Relational Management (PLS&RM).) (Di Fabio, 2014g). W artykule rozważany jest również problem odpowiedzialności w poradnictwie kariery i związane z tym kwestie oceny skuteczności realizowanych w nim działań, w kontekście psychologii pozytywnej. Zamieszczone są także propozycje nowych wytycznych dla poradnictwa XXI wieku i opis aktualnych miar jego efektywności z uwzględnieniem perspektywy ilościowej i jakościowej w tych pomiarach.
