Abstrakt

W artykule opisano podstawy teoretyczne i metodykę prowadzenia dialogów w Poradnictwie konstruowania życia / Life Design. Zostały one opracowane, aby pomóc ludziom w projektowaniu, budowaniu i kierowaniu swoim aktywnym życiem. W odróżnieniu od koncepcji doradztwa w zakresie zatrudnienia, w założeniach poradnictwa opartego na dialogu odchodzi się od poglądu, że podejmując kwestię aktywnego życia, każdy nadaje sens swemu istnieniu jedynie ze względu na powiązania z istniejącymi organizacjami pracy i wymiany (bez możliwości wykluczenia takiej odpowiedzi). Dialogi zostały skonstruowane poprzez syntezę wiedzy z zakresu nauk humanistycznych i społecznych związanych z procesami i czynnikami sprzyjającymi samokonstrukcji. Zgodnie z tą wiedzą subiektywna tożsamość rozumiana jest jako dynamiczny system subiektywnych form tożsamości. Ponadto zakłada się, że w rozwoju dynamiki tego systemu każdej osoby ważną rolę odgrywają dwie formy refleksywności: dualna (dwustronna) i trójstronna (triadyczna). Ta ostatnia jest uruchamiana w sposób szczególny podczas doradczego dialogu konstruowania życia. Wyróżnić w nim można cztery etapy spotkania „twarzą w twarz”: (1) budowanie relacji/zawieranie przymierza pracy, (2) ogarnięcie i podsumowanie przez radzącego się tych pól aktywności, doświadczeń, ról itp., które uważa, za odgrywające ważną rolę w jego życiu, (3) narracje radzącego się odnoszące się do „siebie w każdym z jego różnych głównych doświadczeń”, nadających sens jego istnieniu i pozwalające mu na szkicowanie perspektyw na przyszłość oraz (4) określenie działań, które należy podjąć, wskazanie kierunków rozwoju i zakończenie dialogu.

  2. Utwór zawiera informacje o źródłach finansowania badań, które stanowiły podstawę jego opracowania.
  3. Wyraża zgodę na przekazanie utworu do podwójnej recenzji, na podstawie której redakcja podejmie decyzję o przyjęciu lub odrzuceniu utworu do publikacji.
  4. Wyraża zgodę na dokonanie przez redakcję koniecznych zmian utworu wynikających z opracowania redakcyjnego.
  5. Zobowiązuje się do niezwłocznego dokonania korekty autorskiej utworu, po jego akceptacji przez redakcję. Niedokonanie korekty autorskiej w terminie 14 dni od daty otrzymania materiałów, traktowane będzie za zgodę na wydanie utworu w postaci przekazanej do korekty.

Autor/Współautor udziela Dolnośląskiej Szkole Wyższej nieodpłatnej, nieograniczonej terytorialnie i czasowo nieodpłatnej licencji niewyłącznej na korzystanie z utworu pod warunkiem jego przyjęcia do opublikowania w czasopiśmie „Studia Poradoznawcze”, na następujących polach eksploatacji:

  1. Utrwalanie, zwielokrotnianie i wytwarzanie egzemplarzy utworu techniką drukarską, reprograficzną, zapisu magnetycznego oraz techniką cyfrową i zapisu elektronicznego.
  2. Orotu oryginałem albo egzemplarzami, na których utwór utrwalono: wprowadzanie do obrotu, sprzedaż, użyczenie lub najem oryginału albo egzemplarzy, publiczne wystawienie, wyświetlenie, a także publiczne udostępnianie utworu w taki sposób, aby każdy mógł mieć do niego dostęp w miejscu i w czasie przez siebie wybranym, również w sieci Internet.
  3. Włączenie utworu w skład utworu zbiorowego.
  4. Tłumaczenia na inne języki i rozpowszechniania tych tłumaczeń.
